Last week J and I attended a fun and relaxed cooking class with Leopard’s Leap Family Vineyard’s, Chef Pieter at the South African Chefs Academy in Observatory. The passionate winemaker, Eugene, introduced us to his Culinaria range of Leopard’s Leap Wines. These wines are specifically developed for eating. “a celebration of the harmony in which food and wine complement one another – to create optimal enjoyment through mutual enhancement.” Chef Pieter demonstrated a myriad of mouthwatering dishes – I love his style of cooking. And then we cooked, we drank and we ate, and we ate and drank some more. Such fun.
“Currently the Cooking Classes are held at Franschhoek Family Vineyards in Franschhoek. This particular evening was just a test run in Cape Town and we hope to bring it to town again! In the meantime, please visit see our exiting line-up of classes for the next few months” :http://www.leopardsleap.co.za/experience/cooking-classes/” – Line Smit, Leopard’s Leap.
